A Leader in "Green" Building
Parkway Construction Services has been a leader in the science and implementation of “green” building technology, construction and water conservation measures for many years. We view sustainable building and property management not just as an option, but as a mandatory component of a quality design and installation.

Finding the right balance between water conservation, fixture and material costs, lifespan, and maintenance requirements is a daunting task for any Owner, Property Manager, Architect, or Engineer. New products are available daily, yet many turn out to be too costly or a maintenance and performance nightmare. We visit the manufacturing plants, meet with the design engineers, and have firsthand experience with these products. This experience translates into not only a sustainable system, but one that offers value beyond being “GREEN”.


A Sustainable Facility
Our corporate office, which was constructed in 2007, was built to USGBC LEED criteria. We incorporated all efficiency perspectives from the designer, installer, contractor, employer, owner, and property manager. WE KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF INCORPORATING GREEN EFFICIENCIES INTO YOUR FACILITY!

Green Services
As an integral part of P2 Parkway Construction Services will first conduct a brief interview to ascertain the motivations and needs of the property owner/manager. Our team will perform an on-site audit of the facility, the results of which will be used as the basis for our solutions proposal. We look at the current life cycle of the facility, annual water usage, and the return of investment on incorporating upgrades to the system.

Based on the specific needs of our client we will produce a proposal for work that not only meets your sustainability needs but also provides added benefit and cost savings into the future.

The following are typical solutions proposed:
  • Replacement of old and inefficient toilets and urinals with state of the art sensor operated models or waterless models
  • Replacement of old and inefficient lavatories with new sensor operated high efficiency models
  • Replacement of old and inefficient water coolers with new high efficiency models which also integrate water purification systems
  • Replacement and/or reworking of the water heating system, installation of high efficiency equipment
  • Reclamation of roof water drainage and reuse by the irrigation system
